On this page, I share the face yoga tools, natural skincare products and clean makeup I personally use and recommend.
These essentials support the skin, respect its balance and help maintain healthy, relaxed facial tissues.
On this page, I share the products I personally use and recommend as part of my face yoga and skincare guidance. Not because they are trendy or promise miracle results, but because I have tested them on my own skin — sometimes after long research… and a few mistakes along the way.
With experience, I understood that nothing works in isolation. Applying natural skincare products does not make much sense if you then use makeup full of silicones or petroleum derivatives, as this can limit — or even cancel — the benefits of the skincare applied before.
That is why I choose only:
• 100% natural skincare products truly rich in active ingredients
• high-quality tools that respect the skin
• clean makeup that does not cancel the work done beforehand on the skin
My goal is not to accumulate products, but to support the skin, preserve its balance, and avoid anything that might irritate it, overload it, or interfere with its natural mechanisms.
Every product I share has been selected for its quality and compatibility with the skin.
The idea?
Keep things simple, healthy and effective — without unnecessary overload.
For a long time, I struggled to find products that truly worked for my skin. I was often told my skin was dehydrated, yet no cream ever gave me real satisfaction. Some felt too tight, others left a heavy oily film, and my skin still felt dry. Eventually I realized the problem was not that my skin was “difficult”, but simply the products I was using. Today, I choose only 100% natural products that are truly effective, with more than 70% active ingredients, and I follow a simple four-step routine. The goal is to respect the skin’s natural balance while providing the hydration and comfort it really needs.
1. Cleanser
The Ringana Cleanser was a real discovery for me.
It gently cleanses and removes makeup — even around the eyes — without irritation or discomfort.
2. Tonic
The Ringana Tonic Calm helps rebalance the skin after cleansing and provides a first layer of hydration.
This step prepares the skin and helps it better absorb the following products, especially the serum.
3. Serum
This is the key step.
Highly concentrated in active ingredients, the serum targets the specific needs of the skin — whether hydration, prevention, or smoothing wrinkles.
4. Cream
The cream helps nourish, protect and maintain skin comfort throughout the day.
I discovered Ringana after an allergic reaction that pushed me to closely examine the ingredients in my products.
What convinced me:
• fresh formulas rich in active ingredients
• a long-term skin-respecting approach
• products that work on the quality of the skin, not only the immediate effect
For those who want to explore the products in detail, you can access the full range through my dedicated Ringana website.
During the consultation, we review your face, your skin and your current routine.
We also look at areas of tension that may accentuate certain wrinkles in order to better understand how to act effectively.
Facial tools are only effective if they are well designed and made with materials that respect the skin.
Before finding the ones I use today, I tested several brands. Some caused redness, breakouts or irritation — even though my skin is not particularly sensitive. Others were simply ineffective: too rigid, poorly designed, or unable to stay properly on the skin.
Face taping is becoming one of the most popular face yoga techniques for relaxing facial tension and supporting the muscles.
Face taping uses kinesiology tape to gently support and stimulate certain areas of the face, helping soften facial lines and support the muscles. I tested several brands before finding tapes truly adapted to facial skin. The tape I use is made in Japan, using elastic cotton with latex-free hypoallergenic adhesive, designed to be comfortable even on sensitive facial areas. Unlike generic tapes, it adheres properly and stays in place, which improves its effectiveness. Important: many colorful or decorative tapes you see online are not designed for delicate facial skin and may cause irritation or discomfort.
It is therefore important to choose tapes specifically designed and tested for facial use.
Face cupping uses gentle suction to stimulate circulation and lymphatic flow, helping release facial tension and improve skin oxygenation.
I tested several cups before finding the ones that truly work for me. The ones I use are specifically designed for the face, made from high-quality silicone that is non-toxic and free from BPA, latex, lead and phthalates, making them safe and gentle for delicate skin. Unlike basic cups, which are often too rigid or poorly calibrated, these adhere comfortably and allow precise massage. Several sizes are available: larger cups for cheeks, neck and forehead, smaller cups for delicate areas such as the eye contour. This allows a targeted and comfortable massage.
Gua Sha is one of the most popular facial massage tools used in natural skincare routines. It is a traditional Chinese tool used to stimulate blood circulation and lymphatic drainage, release tension and improve skin texture.
I use a classic green stone Gua Sha, which is both powerful and precise for certain facial areas. However, it is not recommended for very sensitive areas, such as between the eyebrows, where the skin is thinner. For this reason, I alternate between Gua Sha and face cupping, depending on the areas and the needs of my face.
Some wrinkles are not only related to age, but also to tension stored in the muscles and fascia of the face. By learning how to release these tensions and work on the right areas, it becomes possible to soften wrinkles naturally and sustainably.
After reviewing my skincare, I realized that makeup deserved the same attention. pplying 100% natural skincare and then covering the skin with highly occlusive products or questionable ingredients no longer made sense to me.
Today, I prefer brands that offer natural and skin-respecting formulas. It is important to note that makeup can never be 100% natural in the same way as skincare, because pigments are needed to create color and coverage. Even the cleanest brands use mineral pigments, such as titanium dioxide or iron oxides. Although these pigments come from natural sources, their form, treatment or concentration can influence the skin — especially when used in nanoparticle form. That is why I choose brands that prioritize safe, non-toxic ingredients, avoiding:
• synthetic pigments
• silicones
• petroleum derivatives
• potentially irritating ingredients
The brands I use
I only share brands I personally use, with no partnerships: ZAO Organic Makeup & Eclo Beauty. In terms of ingredient safety and natural formulations, these brands are very similar. They:
• use only mineral pigments for color
• are made with 100% ingredients of natural origin
• are COSMOS Organic certified, with part of the ingredients coming from organic farming
• avoid silicones, petrochemical derivatives, nanoparticles and harmful ingredients
One thing to keep in mind with natural makeup is durability: these products usually last slightly less than conventional makeup. This is normal, because they do not contain ultra-fixing ingredients that could harm the skin. With a small touch-up if needed, the result remains very satisfying while preserving the skin’s balance.
Do you have questions about your skin or your wrinkles?
Understanding where facial tension comes from often makes it much easier to act effectively on wrinkles and adopt a routine truly adapted to your skin.
Do face yoga tools really work?
Facial tools can be helpful, but they are not essential. In my experience, the hands remain the most precise and effective tool for working on facial tension and fascia. They allow you to feel the tissues and adapt the pressure and movements more accurately. Tools such as gua sha or facial cups can be useful as a complement — for example in the morning to stimulate circulation and wake up the face. But most of the deeper work on facial tension can be done with the hands alone.
Are face yoga tools necessary?
Not necessarily. Many people believe they need tools to practice face yoga, but the truth is that the hands can do most of the work. Manual techniques allow a deeper connection with the tissues and often provide better control over the pressure and direction of the movements. Tools can still be interesting to vary the practice or stimulate circulation, but they remain optional.
Is gua sha necessary for face yoga?
No, gua sha is not required. It can help stimulate circulation and release superficial tension, but it does not replace manual work when the goal is to release deeper tension in the fascia. That is why I mainly work with the hands, and sometimes use tools as a complement.
Is facial cupping safe?
When used gently and correctly, facial cupping can be a pleasant way to stimulate circulation and lymphatic flow. However, it should always be practiced with light pressure and adapted to the skin. For deeper tension release, manual techniques are usually more precise.
What is myofascial face yoga?
Myofascial face yoga is a natural approach that works on both muscles and fascia — the deeper connective tissues. By releasing tension stored in these tissues, it helps soften wrinkles and restore a more relaxed face.
How is myofascial yoga different from traditional face yoga?
Traditional face yoga often focuses on the skin or on superficial muscle movements. Very few methods work deeply enough to reach the fascia, where tension is stored. This deeper approach allows for more efficient, lasting and natural results.
How often should I practice?
Ideally, 20 minutes per day. Regular practice is more effective than occasional longer sessions.
Is myofascial face yoga a natural alternative to aesthetic treatments?
Yes. Myofascial face yoga is a non-invasive, natural method that works with your muscles and fascias to improve lines over time. It’s the only approach that made a real difference in my lines.
